fuel moto's customer service
I am currently in Sturgis and when I arrived I decided to adjust the map on the PCV. After making the adjustment I took it for a ride. The bike ran good for about 10 miles when the bike started to miss. It got worse so I returned to the campground and changed the bikes map back to the original configuration. Still the bike was missing. Almost like I had bad gas or a bad fuel filter. Called Fuel Moto and they worked with me and it just looks like something else is wrong with the bike. Last Friday morning I took it to Black Hills HD. After they had the bike all day they told me my problem is with the PCV. They removed the PCV and took it for a run and all problems seem to be solved. I called Fuel Moto and this was about 3:00 in the afternoon on Friday and told Jamie they said my PCV was bad. Without hesitation he asks me where I was staying. I told him and he said he will call me back in a few minutes. He called me back and they had contacted the place I was staying and were express sending me another PCV. I actually did not know what to say because I am so used to people telling me to contact the manufacter of the product. Most manufacters would want me to send the part in for evaluation before replacing the item. Also I have had my PCV since December so it is not like I bought it a couple of weeks ago. I am so gratefull for how I was treated that I wanted to share it with everyone. Sometimes I believe people go beyond what is necessary and it seems like Fuel Moto is setting customer service standards that other companies can not live up to! I installed the new PCV on Monday and the bike is running great!
