1992 Evo Bottom End repair question

1992 Evo Bottom End repair question
I am looking for estimates of time - working hours - as well as parts cost for repair work on the bottom end of a 1992 Evo.
The tech says, to quote, "the bearing race on the right side pinion shaft is spun. The oil pump gears will need replacing too. The crankshaft, 2 flywheels and left side pinion shaft are all fine. No case damage etc".
Because I wanted to go a particular direction with the 1992 FXR this engine was in, I bit the bullet and bought an Ultima 107 and had it installed. The Evo engine had been given a Stage 2 workup previously.
I am told about $500 in parts but much much labour.
How many actual, real, labour-hours would be involved in fixing the problem defined above and reassembling the engine for riding? When you cannot do the work yourself (my situation), it is hard to both know what would be involved and also get honest estimates (an estimate minus the profit motive).
Thanks in advance to anyone who has the time to answer.
