I have a 2012 UC and run a Supertrapp 2 into 1. It gives great torque, not to loud (IMO).

But the first thing I would recommend you do is decide if you want 2:1, 2:2 or 2:1:2

For best overall performance a 2-into-1 will fit the bill. I have an S&S 107" with SuperTrapp Supermeg. Excellent smooth torque and reasonable sound. Some of the other options are just too darned loud IMHO. My wife and I do long tours and love it!

This is what I would get, V&H dresser duals and CFR mufflers.
IMO CFR mufflers sounds the best.
Good luck.

I actually have a CVO RG & installed the RB black hole spyder. My wife & I put 2400+ miles on it touring the coast last month & it wasn't obnoxiously loud. The performance was much better than the V&H pro-pipe I originally had on the bike.
