Default SE II pipes vs Supertrapp

I'm going to move to a different set of pipes. I'd like a bit of noise but I don't want to **** the neighbors off.
I kinda like supertrapps but don't know what they sound like compared to the SE II slash cuts that I have now. Can anyone give me a hint?

I switched from SE slash cuts to a supertrapp 2 into 1.

Performance is better with the 2in1. It took me a little bit to get used to the change in sound. The ST ships with a closed end cap, and it makes it sound... Swooshy? Instead of a sharp pulse like the SEs. I switched to an open end cap and most of the crack returned. As the fiberglass in the baffle gets dirty, it sounds better and better. It's louder than the SE with an open end cap, but if I don't get on it in the neighborhood, my neighbors don't mind.

Hope this helps with you decision.

If sound is your thing, the only way is to listen them in real life. I think supertrapp has a more muffled sound, which I like. Them harsh crackling things really wear on me.

I have a Supermeg with closed end cap but all the spacers it came with. My concern isn't what my neighbours think, but simply not making too much noise. What I didn't expect is just how much more smooth running my bike is, as well as giving an excellent flat torque curve.
