Easiest way to do this is go to the place on the web where your picture is:
http://server5.theimagehosting.com/i...04heritage.JPG
RIGHT CLICK on the picture and click on Properties...
Highlight and copy the address (URL) of the pic.
Put that address between [img] and [/img]
Make sure you have NO SPACES.
