I post and read almost exclusively via mobile (Chrome) and I just noticed my signature isn't being appended. I never SEE them, so I didn't notice until now. I refer people to the link in my sig quite a bit...not very helpful if there isn't a sig. LOL!

Am I overlookong a setting or is this intentional (or a bug)?

Have you also noticed there's no "Location" (that upper Right area) ... I see people ask "Where are you located?" They would just need to "View Full Site"

Of course that doesn't really apply to your situation because they aren't really looking for anything

 

Yeah, the only reason I noticed the missing signature was because I went to desktop mode to check somebody's location.

I'm not aware of a "version". I'm just using whatever interface comes up by default in Android Chrome. I should have the latest version of Chrome running on Android 8.0.0

 

Myself ... I was just talking about "Mobile version" vs. "Full Site version" (what you're calling "desktop") ... Not literally the "Version Of" as in version number

 

Gotcha. Yeah, just the plain mobile version. I know it's limited but it saves a bunch of zooming on my little screen.

 

You have a valid point because people don't come looking FOR your SIG ... you are Providing it

And if isn't readily available when you "point" to it, well ... "No Bueno"

 

I don't mind that the sig and such aren't visible in mobile, but it should still append to the post regardless of what platform the post originated from.

Simce the vast majority of my posts originate from the mobile platform/version/portal/whatever, it would seem the vast majority also don't show my signature, regardless of how the reader on the other end consumes it.

Unless it's just on my end...
