looking into a unsecured loan from my bank to be able to use the Harley as a trade in at a better price and get onto a much lower cost bike and then consolidate the 3 loans (unsecured, cheaper bike, and car) into one which will save me around to 200-210 a month and drop my interest rates considerably.

Jesus dude - learn your lesson already. If your other thread is true, you need to stop while you're only really behind. Unsecured loans have higher interest rates because there is nothing to guarantee they get their money back. Suck it up, sell the bike for what you can get for it, figure out how to pay the rest off, and be done.
Or - don't make a single payment. Let them repo it. Take the credit hit, live with this terrible decision, and move on with your life. Refinancing is not the answer.
