Including a quoted quote in a quote

Including a quoted quote in a quote
Funny/confusing title, but is there an option to include a quoted quote in a quote without manually doing it (i.e. "nested quotes")? I generally find this helps with context when replying. Lots of other forums allow this.
Currently:
