Because all the threads are gone. And all the M8 posts are now in "HD Engines" forum. Yes, M8 is an HD Engine, but if the goal is to organize by engines, shouldnt there be sub-forums for each engine type?

edit - looks to me like all the posts in the "HD Engines" forum are for random engine types and someone (admin?) tags each thread with an engine type? But the stickies in the "HD Engines" forum are all from the M8 forum?

I'm generally not opposed to change, in fact I appreciate improvements, but unless this is some transitional state, its not good, imho

 

My understanding is they got rid of the M8 forum so that link is probably dead

They lumped it into HD Engines, and then you can tag the thread with its engine - which seems to only be M8 or Twin Cam

Unless its an Evo, Shovel, Knuckle, Pan, Ironhead... they don't fall under HD Engines and they get their own forum, found in this mess:

Well that would be fine if there were sub-forums for each engine type, and the appropriate stickies for each, but this doesn't make much sense.
