on a side note, if I come to a page that forces me to scroll sideways, with Firefox I can Ctrl - to shrink it, or if a picture is too small I can Ctrl + to expand it.
I've set my minimum font size to something legible so I don't have to worry about someone thinking I can read font size 6 .
