Default Back button not working

This just started today. I am not sure if it is a service I recently stopped on my computer or something is wrong with the site. The back button does work on other sites, reason I am asking.

**Now it seems to be working again so it must have been something on my computer messing up. Mods you can delete this post.

This just started happening about 10 minutes ago. It's coming from this site, it's a problem that they need to address. It's not happening with any other site on the web....ONLY this one!

Yes, I will install a new web browser on all 6 workstations here in this engineering firm so that the back button will work on this site only.

Great advice..... Thanks for your input!

Yes right! why should I install a new browser just so this site can work? It isn't the browsers fault only the fault of the site. Correcting the problem is the answer not users having to install specifc browsers just to use the site. Sorry mate not going to do that.

Zap I have the same version IE that you showed in the pic. I don't always have a problem with the back button, just sometimes. That is why I am not willing to install a different browser just for here. When I do have the problem though it is irritating.

It is a great place to work, I own it. We design control systems for hi speed assembly machines.

2 of the workstations are running IE9, other 4 are IE8. much of the world is compatible with IE8 right now. But irrespective.... it happens with both and as Rider pointed out.... not all the time. It also depends on where you are at on the site.

This forum is the only place where this happens, I'm sorry if you are having trouble comprehending that it is a web site problem, but since it's the only place it happens, pointing the finger elsewhere is just illogical.

Thanks for your input.

I have had this happen before and have used Firefox for probably 7 years now

I don't know why it happens or what does it and it only ever happens here and on google

Usually if I click it 2x when it happens it will go back

And only happens if I am not signed in

Been getting this issue today and it's getting steadily worse the right click menu for the mouse nor the back button in the browser works without opening the history and selecting the page manually . Also noticed a big change in the way both my browsers view the site all of a sudden , they must have some software issues going on AGAIN .

Frigging site is getting flaky as a strung out crack ***** .
