Receive this error message when I click on an picture attachment.

You do not have permission to view this page. This could be due to one or two reasons.

I made sure I registered and did that again today but still get this error.

1) you may not have Sufficient permissions. ....

2) you are trying to edit a post or an administrator has disabled your account or may be awaiting registration......
