Default rocker c bottoming out

Hey has anyone had a problem with their rockers bottoming out? Im sporting a nice dent in my fender and my girlfriend has a sore back now. Is their no stops to prevent this. Could I have suspension issues I didnt know about?

Yah I thought of that later. I think I will have them set at the harder setting and leave them there. I cant see adjusting them each time I take it out.

Sad to say that most Harleys have poor quality suspension. Riding them solo seems to be OK, but adding a passenger can give problems. It is common on all models to bottom out 2-up.

The rider sits over the swingarm axle, so any bump at the rear wheel is softened for the rider, because the s/a axle does not move as much as the wheel. The poor passenger is sitting directly over the wheel axle and gets a harder deal than the rider.

Is there a stop on my Rocker? Could I have damaged something more than just the fender?
