Raked Triple Tree?

Raked Triple Tree?
Hey folks - just joined - I have a 2005 Sportster 1200 custom - just installed 39 mm 6 inch over tubes - as you can see from the pic, my bike does not sit level. So I want to rake the from end - probably 6 degrees - question,... where can I get a raked triple tree for a reasonable price? Or better yet,...
Do you have any advice? I'm a real rookie - this is my 1st Harley and I want it to look sort of like a chopper.
Thanks

Raked trees are not meant to be used on a stock frame. As stated, your trail gets reduced which can result in some instability.
I bought my wide glide with a stock frame, 5 deg trees and +4" tubes. Once I addressed a few other things, I've had no problem with that setup. On thing I've noticed is it's a bit more unstable at slow speeds making parking lot maneuvering require a little more attention, but I've never had wobbles much less tank slappers.
That said, I do plan to put a "performance" front end on which will bring the trail back to a more preferred amount. I'm mainly doing it because the forks that I've got suck and the suspension doesn't act the way it should. The excess angle of the forks compound this issue causing more fork flex when hitting bumps than actual suspension travel.
If you really want the raked look, you should have the frame cut and welded by a pro. Realize that longer forks will never help the handling of your bike. Otherwise, stick to the stock tubes.
If you insist on the raked trees, talk to a suspension guru or get familiar with the many rake and trail calculators online and see if you cant dial in on the rake required to get your frame back down without getting out of hand with lack of trail. Six inch over tubes may be tough to compensate for though.
