I purchased and wore this helmet 6-8 times last summer. I’ve decided I prefer my J-Cruise 3/4 helmet. This Neotec will come with 3 shields and the Sena internal communication system installed. It will also come with the accessories and helmet bag. This helmet has never been dropped or has any scratches or blemishes. I store all my helmets in their bag and on a helmet stand. I've never ponied up that kind of cash for a helmet before but seeing this post got me to thinking about something. Do Shoei helmets have a round or oval shape? Most helmets don't fit me right because my head is a very large oval. If the helmet is oval I can fit a XXL just fine. If it is round I've had XXL helmets leave red welts on my forehead.

 

I also have a large oval shape head. I did a lot of research on helmets. Shoei makes the J-Cruise and the Neotec 2 both for people with oval shaped heads. That’s the reason I didn’t mind paying for my Shoei’s. No more head pain and being uncomfortable was worth the cost.
