This is an interesting post. I just completed the 120R swap into my 13 Street Bob. The original engine was at 5,707 miles when removed and was heat cycled first for 12 cycles, ran slow for three thousand miles. It includes a Vigilante EZ tuner and the ECM for the engine with the tune in it.
I don't know If it will be another piece of wall art in my garage or I will sell it. From the responses so far wall art seems likely.
Side story is it a 96 or 103? The VIN break down says its a 103. The heads without ACR seems to say its a 96. Dealer contacted HD and they are sending a new set of heads with ACR. Their feeling the VIN is correct.
Maybe I have the one only rare TC96-103 hybrid model. Who wants to start the bidding war?

Gents,
I stand corrected. 88 not 96. Wrong info by the stealer who sold it to me. Unless someone did a big bore on the stock heads.. doubtful.
The more I read on the 120r, the more I want to wait for warranty. Some scaring stories out there of spending $11k plus and it is sitting dead in a garage.
Maybe should consider a big bore on the 88 for now...

The 06 Dyna's was the first bikes to get the 6 speed, but they still had the 88''er (1450cc) engine,
