Any free sites that can run the vin for free?

 

I haven't found one yet. I have called dealers and asked them to check on a VIN to see what service work was done. That is hit and miss though as you would need to know the dealer where the bike was serviced. Plus there is no way to know if it was at a different dealer or Indy. Unfortunately Harley dealers aren't linked so only the service performed at a dealer can be seen by that dealer.

 

Just a decoder, it won't tell you service or accident history.
