I took an old pair of Neoprene chest waders that had a pin hole in them and were useless for fishing. I cut the feet out of them and put them on under a pair of jeans. Paired up with quality gloves, FF helmet,neck gaiter, insulated boots, and a leather jacket & hoodie I was comfortable.

People were giving me the thumbs up everywhere assuming I was braving the 20 degree temps in blue jeans.

Its a PIA to mount and dismount the bike but worth it for warmth in your core where it counts.
