we get a number of cars coming in the shop, mostly Porsche's, that have been wrapped. I don't know who, or how much it cost them. One guy said 5 grand for a Panameria, and that car is big, but it was done really nice. you had to get right up to it to tell it was a wrap, and it took a couple minutes to figure out it was. I wouldn't know if they could do a tank, in a quality manor, go ask, but in the long run, for a bike. I myself would not want a wrap. Its right up there with covers for what is supposed to be chrome, like the cover that goes over the inner primary. It looks so second rate, and cheap. I would say that getting a paint job would be a better alternative to a wrap, hands down.

as long as you wipe it off right away, not a problem. but I'm still no fan of it. It does bubble up sometimes. had one here they had to redo, because of bubbles that came thru. I don't know what caused them

...... saw a matte blue 911 sitting out front of a wrap shop here in COS & stopped in to check on what it'd take to do a motorcycle (i'm tired of waiting for a yellow RGU!)
.... these guys do a quality job & installing over the curves & definition lines is pretty flawless
...... the proprietor said he wrap the whole bike, TP & lowers included for < $1500
... you could change the color of a bike a couple times for what it'd cost for one repaint and if you don't mind it being a wrap, who cares what others think
