This is crazy. Was trying to renew HOG's Road America Roadside Assistance membership and upgrade to UltraPlus. Had a couple of questions so I called "Customer Service". The pre-recorded message advising me that all agents are busy was all in Spanish. Finally got someone who said "oh I can speak English" but she had no idea what I was talking about regarding roadside assistance renewal. So I hung up and called the number on my card for assistance. Again everything was in Spanish and they couldn't help me either.

Dropping this trash and going back to AAA.

"Road America" and they don't speak ANY English in their greeting???? What has happened to America?

 

That's strange, I just called both numbers and they were in english.

 

Did you press "dos" for english?

 

1-866-209-8270 Called it 5 times now and everytime it's all in Spanish

 

I just called it again and the recorded greeting was in english.

 

I just called too and it was in English.....

Clearly, this is a ramblin5 error. Maybe the brim of his "Make America Great Again" hat is in is eyes and obscuring the view of his phone!?
