On my way back to the Island this afternoon. I was waiting there in line with a 1/2 dozen other bikes waiting to board the ferry. a middle aged chickrides up on a moto guzi, big grin on her face, literally hops off the bike and starts chattin with everyone like she knew us all forever.

ok no big deal. says this is the second time she's had it out. by this time the ferry is ready to board so we all get back to our bikes. I'm in the front of this line ready to go when all of a sudden, from the back of the line, up rides this chick like it's a race to see who's on board first.

we're riding up to the second level of the dock to board the upper level of the ferry behind this mini van. now there are three docks on this level and only small orange cones to block off the docks not being used. so the grey hair in the mini van is driving slow, and for good reason, he doesn't want to go to the wrong dock. right by my left ear a louder than hell blast on a horn and this chick screaming at the guy in the mini van to hurry the f**k up. then she looks over at me, as I'm trying to climb back into my skin, and comments on the f**king tourist season.

But that's not all,

once on the ferry the deckhands place a big orange cone at the end of the lane we are to leave the bikes in and tells me to line 'em up here. ok, I took the spot right at the cone and here comes this chick, right over the cone as if it wasn't there and parks her bike right up front by the gate that blocks off the end of the ferry and almost into the next lane, that is rapidly filling with cars.

fast forward to the end of the trip.

we're all told not to start our vehicles until the ferry has finished docking in order to cut down the exhaust fumes. here she is firing up her moto guzi and revving the engine and nudging into the next lane in an effort to get off the ferry first. now we haven't even docked yet let alone had the ramp down.



What the hell is wrong with some peoples heads?

I don't know WTF is wrong with people's heads but thanx for sharing.
The reason I thank you is because I can get all F@$k'ed up in my own head trying to figure it out.
Sometimes when I hear other peoples story I can just sit back and realize that's just the way it is. More importantly, I don't have to be one of them and although I may often forget it "I am not alone".
I still agree with boe though................"She needs a good a$$ smakin"!

 

Sounds like someone begging to be accepted by anyone.Seems like she may have been doing all the things that are sterio typically expected of most bikers in hopes of your approval. Maybe she wanted to get laid by you!! Whatever it was ... that's someone you let ride on without you!!
