A takeover by private equity would be the worst thing that could happen to Harley. In these cases it is about nothing but maximizing profit. Expect to see asset sell offs, reductions in staff & R$D, extensive outsourcing, reduction in quality for theistic of profit, it happens every time "private equity" gets involved. This makes me sore!!

I hope whoever takes it over goes back to making shirts that fit. My son just bought me the top XL shirt for Fathers Day. It's about 3" narrower than the old XL.
XLs usually are a little loose on me,this new one is tight.

Ha! That'll never happen. I own several, both short and long sleeves and no two fit alike. Chinese crap is what they are made of. I personally would never buy one but like you, I get them as gifts. I wish I had the nerve to tell the gift givers to buy me oil or filters instead.
