Default Larger grips

Have a question for those that have, had Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (repaired or not), arthritis or whatnot.
Have you tried going to larger/oversized grips to relieve hand pressure or found something else be a benefit on longer rides?

Do a Google search for "grip puppies". They are foam that go around your existing grips and cost a fraction of new grips.

IDK about the left hand, but I LOVE this thing on my throttle side. No gripping required.

I've had them on a motorcycle for about a year and there was no wear.

The motorcycle was sold and I didn't bother taking them off.

I used RSD grips (re-branded PM grips) and it made an awful noise when twisting the throttle. After 6 months, the inside of the throttle grip and bar was chewed up due to metal to metal contact.
