Hipsters trying to live in their minds made up past.
I lived it, built it, rode it.
When somebody says to me "Man they sure don't build them like they used to" My response is "Thank God".......

Every show seems to have a token dumbass. Richard Rawlings better get busy on his restaurant chain, endorsements and whatever else he's now into because I am getting bored with his show too and assume many are as well. A while back I would have watched Fired up Garage because there was next to nothing about hot rods out there. Now there are so many shows we can be more selective and BS story lines are not fooling anyone. Lets see the real deal!!

Watched the new episode last night from Monday. Cool idea building a Dave Mann tribute bike, the diorama thing was cool but really the whole "gotta build it from scratch in 2 weeks" thing is getting tiresome. I do not believe they did all that fabrication, paint, chrome, and converted that pan top end in 2 weeks. I'll still keep watching just for the bike stuff but wish they would drop the drama bs and just build the darn bikes.

I've enjoyed the show, but like you guys could do without the drama stuff.

I like the chops these guys are building, but I wish they would move on to another style. I find it interesting that when they are on their jaunts around town, the majority of the guys are riding club style bikes.

How about a Club Style build or a Sporty tracker build?

If this guy really wonder why no one is buying his bikes, its because there isn't a high demand for those types of bikes anymore no matter how nice they are.

No doubt, you can get a Bourget for less than $10K now. Long rake choppers and big wheel baggers are dead and bobber styles are the stuff now.

I have watched the first two shows my son who is a builder told me about them a year or so ago, the show is OK but I had hoped for better. IMHO I would like to see more time detailing the build, specifics that are done, thinks I could learn a tip or two from. To m it is too much time spend on the drama which is OK if you are into that but for me it is tending to look like just another reality show.

The two week deadline I really question

I liked the show for the most part. I'd like to see more of the actual building though. I think it's kind of refreshing seeing the old, simple chops that started it all. Sure aren't "theme" bikes.
