ST. CLOUD, Minn. - A central Minnesota volunteer will trek across 48 states in only 18 days on his motorcycle to raise money for veterans.
Mike Spaude will ride his Harley over 10,000 miles in July to raise money for some much needed fixes to the Eagle's Healing Nest. The Eagle's Healing Nest in Sauk Centre houses and provides counseling for veterans.

Our Local ABATE Chapter has a spring run with the proceeds going to the Eagles Nest, it's a great place for the folks that fall through the cracks.
(a few other local clubs do stuff too)
A .025 (two and a half cent) pledge per mile = $25.00,, so if ya can some time between now and then (?) give'm a hand,, the funds are local and NOT sucked up by admin
I'll be going up in a few weeks with random donations for their wants/needs list. A quick trip to a Big Box store with $50 can a lot of stuff in the back of the truck when ya nudge your buddy's to do the same.
