15 FL shifts into N instead of second gear...a lot
At first, I thought it was me, but if I don't f'n stomp on the shifter going from first to second gear, when I let out the clutch, I am screaming in neutral.
It's becoming tedious to ride and I have to think about that shift every time which is annoying.
Bike has 10k miles and is running Redline in all the holes.
Is there are solution to this? Bike is still under warranty until March. Of course, my dealer has never heard of this and is reluctant to take it in to investigate.

What's the point of having a warranty?
There is a list of things I'd work through if I were to troubleshoot this problem, but why pay new bike prices to get a warranty if your dealer is "reluctant" to do his job.
I'd take the bike down there and tell the service manager to get off his dead *** and fix it.

Shift Linkage
HD has a chrome shift rod with chrome Heim joints for about 90 bucks. It makes the shifting a lot more precise and should end your problem. If you don't want to spend the bones for that setup, then order a couple of Heim joints (rod end bearings) from McMaster-Carr for about 5 bucks apiece and install them on your stock shift linkage after you remove the stock ends. I used a die on mine and ran the threads further down the shaft to give me more adjustment. They are 5/16-24 female rod ends and have standard r/h threads

Omaha is right...If you still have any warranty left, take it to the dealer.

Which dealer? Cartersville? Killer Creek? For my own info I'd like to know which dealer is "reluctant".
What Omaha said. That what a warranty is for! Sounds like someone is stringing you out till the warranty expires. Switch dealers if you need to.
I think you've got to drop off the bike and get this issue documented. With that, I don't believe the warranty can expire on an open service issue.

Check the position of your heel shift lever. When I first picked up my RGS I noticed this happening as well, only from 1st to 2nd, it never missed a shift going past 2nd. The lever was set too low by the dealer so it was hitting the floorboard. I moved the lever up to the next position and all is well in the world.

Is you shift rod that links your lever to the rear shift lever still have the originial joints with the designed free play in them. Without that, the drag for the transmission to pull all the way into gear and drag the linkage along with it causes lazy shifts. If it's been converted to spherical bearings, they need to be the special SS ones that have play in them. You can spin the sphere by hand when they are apart.

You're not supposed to use the heel shifter all the time. How long have you been riding anyway?
