'94 Dyna Wide Glide. Driving back roads to lake one weekend and a HD was in front of us. Looked like a dream on the country roads. Sounded awesome. Have had 6 Hondas before hand. Went to my HD dealer that Monday and put my name down on the next one coming in. Sold that bike some 12 yrs later with 5100 miles on the clock. Never seen the outskirts of town once.

A 1979 sportster I bought in boxes when I was 15. Spent a year and a half building it(or trying) before my dad sold it on me. My parents said I could ride but it would be something safe. So bam, fzr600 time.

After the sportbike I bought a used '96 sportster and rode than until I could afford a buell. I remember stopping after running with my friends(636, cbr1000, and sv650) and the breather would just puke oil up. Ran it a little too hard I guess.

I got my first Harley at age 65 in Sept. 06. It was an 07 black and chrome 07 FXSTC. The Softail Custom is exactly what a bike should look like. Rode it for three years and in the fall of 09 I traded it in on a 10 Ultra Classic. They still had it in the spring and I went back and bought it. The dealer let me have it for what he had given me in on trade. I will never get rid of it. Had it in Sturgis, Daytona Bike Week, Laconia and some smaller rallies.

It has even done winter riding duty over the years also.

That's funny my first was an oil leaking rat beat up 51 pan chopper I came into in 1976, hardtail with a raked neck and 12" over springer on it. Thankfully it wasn't reliable or it would have killed me.

Sorry but no pics , none survived the house fire in 82.
