1962 XLCH Ironhead Sportster.
I paid $600 for it and brought it home in 7 cardboard boxes in the back of my Blazer. 18 months later it looked like this:
After a couple of instances of a broken frame, I tore the thing apart and did a full custom build based on a Paughco frame.

2009 Electra Glide Ultra Classic. I put over 40,000 miles on it in two years. Upgraded to a 2016 Limited this January, at 2500 miles so far.
