There was some kinda saddle cushion she was sitting on, that slipped off. You can see it in the road.

No front brake used at all, like he forgot he had one. Duck-walks the bike up the hill, stops with front wheel turned to the right, doesn't feel his passenger squirm or move back (oblivious) fails to engage any brake and rolls backward...FAIL!
She put her foot down for some damn reason, looked like she was trying to get all the way off the bike..
As others said, neither should be allowed near motorcycles.
