My comment is concerning after she went down and the boyfriend rushed in. I've always been told that in an event like this you NEVER remove the helmet or move the person. Call an ambulance right away! If there's a head or neck injury, doing what he did could make it much worse.
I'm not an EMT or doctor, so maybe the medically-trained folks here can comment if I'm on track or not.

Hard Knocks!
Dude definitely doesn't know how to ride 2 up! Wife definitely didn't know how to ride 2 up! Was he/she drinking or on drugs or something?
RIDING 2 UP IS A LEARNED EXPERIENCE! Anyone who thinks they can just throw a passenger on the back and take off is a fool! TAKE A SAFETY FOUNDATION COURSE FOR BOTH RIDERS!
In this case it is a lesson of hard knocks!

i had to watch it about 10 times until i realized what happened. I couldn't figure out why the passenger was halfway on/off.
So he stops on a hill, starts to roll backwards and instead of putting on the brake with his right hand real quick he just keeps going backwards (big mistake #1) ....meanwhile his passenger trys to put her foot down to stop them from rolling backwards (huge mistake #2) and he then lets out on the clutch and gives it gas to get himself moving fowards again not realizing his passenger was half way off.
If she would have just stayed still this wouldn't have happened. Good lesson for passenger, never try to "help" out the driver....just sit there no matter what.
