Did you fill the oil tank prior to starting? It has probably wet sumped after sitting that long. All the oil drains into the crankcase after a period of time, and if you filled the oil tank it has way too much oil in it. As it starts to return to the oil tank, it can come out all over the place.

Normal for a sitting bike, oil will leave the oil pump check ball and fall into the sump. If you run it for 2 to 3 minutes and the oil pump check ball is working properly oil will stop pumping out of the crankcase into your carb.
Check my video... After two minutes the oil stopped jetting out which meant the oil pump is working correctly...
The oil blowing out is normal for a long time sitting EVO

Crankcase vent to breather. If you're worried, clean it up and leave the filter off, until you get it running and starting, as it should.
Once you get it started and it runs a while it should stop. If it sits long periods between starts (over a couple of weeks) expect a little oil each time.
