Default Trailer for a 2013 Harley TriGlide

Anyone have a recommendation where I can rent a motorcycle trailer for my Harley TriGlide. U-Haul does not have one.

How wide is a tai-glide?

Is it close to the published 55" figure?

Default Tri-Glide Haul

I would think that a 5' x 10' would fill the bill.

Uhaul does have one: https://www.uhaul.com/Trailers/5x9-U...amp-Rental/RT/
One of my friends hauled his 2012 Tri Glide from Daytona to the Canada border of NY last year. There's only a couple inches on either side of the rear fenders, but we wedged some foam rubber in there. He made the 1200 mile trip with no problems.

My guess is with some looking on Craigs List you can find a used enclosed trailer for less than the rental. Find a trailer shop and have 4 D-rings mounted in the floor. Try Harbor Freight for a front wheel chuck. Make sure the back door is a ramp.

Once you're done if you really don't need it, sell it on Craigs List or trade it in on another trailer if you need one.

It goes without saying - don't forget the lock on the tow hitch and the two locks on the rear ramp door. And maybe a chain and lock through both wheels.
