I have the stock seat that comes on a Breakout. I wouldn't have a solo seat, since I like how the passenger seat acts as a backup against me. And I'd never use the suction cups. I have the adjustable stops on our Butty Buddy and we bungie cord it to the sissy bar bracket. We've never had any issues, so calling them or emailing them has never came up.
