Doesn't surprise me in the least. These big retail stores will try and sell anything.

Be careful of their 3rd party sellers. Walmart doesn't YET regulate them as well as Amazon 3rd party sellers. Meaning pain in the tail return policies, product quality problems, etc.

Since Walmart gets all their stuff from China now, those Harley parts could be from the same people that made the original...

You won't find them in any brick and mortar store. Like a bunch of other parts clearing houses it's all on the net.
