I personally I think Zippo is scratching the bottom of the barrel trying to get some body to buy their lighters. The disposable butane lighters are cleaner and more compact and they wont leak in your pocket.
Guess you have never tried to use a butane lighter in the wind. Won't work. I can lite a smoke at 20mph with a zippo, try that with butane.
I hear that brother. I quit* 20 years ago, and I still catch myself with 'the crave' every once in a while, especially when it's stressful at work.
*I still smoke a cigar once every couple of months or so.
I quit about 25 years ago (had to stop and count, can't believe it's been that long!) and I still have a few cigars now and again...but I won't light them with a Zippo. Something about the taste of the fluid pits the cigars off - I use a Xikar butane torch, no muss, no fuss.

Remember back in the day when I smoked ( over 45 years ago now ) and I'd fill the Zippo with a bit too much fluid ... It was always good for a burn/sore spot on the thigh after sitting in my pocket ... Took a couple of times of doing it before it sank in :>(
Not interested in buying or owning one, but I find these lighters no different from all the clothes and doo-dads with "Harley-Davidson" plastered all over them. The people selling these are in business to make money, same as the HD dealers selling all their overpriced crap.
I'm a new guy so I hope you guys don't mind if I chime in. I can proudly say I've never smoked or watched a single episode of SOA. That said, I probably breathed about 20 years worth of second hand smoke while I was in the Air Force.
What does my reply have to do with the thread? Nothing really!!
