Default Electrical question

Has 2 small resistors controls signal and flashers
I'm posting a picture of this does anybody know what this is and how it gets rewired back or where I can get one it goes to my turn signals and everything there aftermarket kuryakin in the back and front and if I've tried a couple different things if I do one thing with it they don't work or one side works or they do work all I know is everything gets really hot and I can't find nothing in one wiring diagram and I've tried looking out everywhere it's like it's I don't know what it is so if there's anybody can tell me what and give me any kind of help I appreciate it and I'll sorry for silence stupid but I can't find out what it is

Wait for a second opinion, but to me It looks like it may have been a turn signal load equalizer which allows Harley’s blinker circuit to function with the different loads of aftermarket turn signals.

If that’s the case, the wiring instructions will come with the new replacement equalizer. Kury will have them.

I will take a look into that noticed my lights dimm with signals

Walmart sells load equalizers & they are better quality than the ones in the picture, too.

I think it's a homemade Load Equalizer, do you have LED's?
Man that's Fugly.
