Harley Riders escort bullied student to school
Apparently, 11-year-old Phil Mick was getting bullied at school, and after a local Harley shop got wind of what was happening, it organized a 50-person ride to take him to for his first day of the year. I hope the school also stepped in to help, obviously, but this is a great story. You can check out full details on the HP.

It's a nice touchy feely story. I just wonder how many of those 50 would come back if the kid had further problems? More importantly, how many will teach the kid to defend himself against the bullies?
The best way to not get bullied is if you can't be bullied. You don't have to be the baddest or the toughest. You just have to be willing to stand up for yourself.
I hope the kid learns.

While I agree with this statement (for most), you got to remember that there are just some kids that are physically slight or frail that just can't stand up to a bully twice their size.

Most bullies are, in fact, cowards themselves. Why would they pick on someone half their size otherwise?
