IMO they are only getting better. My plan is to buy a new 18 or a 19 at the latest. Just waiting for them to get the Stage III and Stage IV bugs worked out.

Wouldn’t that “Harley tradition” mean riding a 1903 single? Hell, every improvement they’ve ever made has people shouting how Harley is ruined. Who are you to say that the pinnacle was 2016 or 1971 or whatever? I remember people losing their **** about AMF, about the Evo, about the TC, about the Softail...every time a new model or innovation comes out, people start ripping their damn hair out.
I just traded a 2013 bagger for a 2018 bagger and the new one is MILES better than the old one. Personally, I don’t want to go back to carbs and points and drum brakes and kickstarters and oil leaks and 6V electronics...
Y’all that want your ‘tradition’ can keep buying up the used bikes...the more people want used bikes, the more my old one is worth at trade time.
