Default Shout out to Grasshopper Limited

I ordered a backrest from Grasshopper and found that it pushed me more forward than I liked. Contacting them and explaining that they told me they could move back the backrest. Yesterday I got one in the mail before I had a chance to return mine.
The new one is exactly what I needed for position and I thank them for not waiting until I had returned mine before they sent theirs out. Great guys and Customer Service.

Always nice to hear a good story on this forum. Kinda rare, but it's nice to hear.

There’s a adjustment under the seat the bracket that holds the seat mounted on the fender loosen the 2 bolts slide the bracket back or forward. Your is probably all the way forward pull it back that’s the adjustment.

I had the same experience with them last summer. After adjusting the backrest per their instructions, it was still too close. They had me take a few measurements, made a custom one for me and shipped it immediately. When it arrived, there was a shipping label included to ship the first one back or both if the second still wasn't right. The second one was perfect!

They should be the standard for customer service, not the exception!

I just bent mine to where it was comfortable after adjusting the bracket back as far as it went. Easy fix.

Apparently I am the only one to post so far that is in the dark. Guess I could search and find a link to their website but what backrest and seat combination are you talking about? I ask because I am in the market for a second Corbin backrest. I have one but bought the seat so I would not have to get a 4 point docking system and passenger backrest for my new bike when wife rides with me. Still want one for when she does so that I can use backrest as well.
