How old is too old to ride?
#11
A man who has stayed physically fit his adult life, doesn't/won't suffer from obesity related ailments, hasn't lost the gene lottery, doesn't drink/drug excessively and his cognitive abilities remain unimpaired, should be good to go until his mid 70's or even late 70's.
Otherwise, early 60's.
Of course, there are exceptions.
I'm 64. I just bought a new bike. Hope to have it 10 years.

I am 52 now. I am overweight, type II diabetic and take blood pressure meds everyday. I should exercise more and eat better. I always try but fail in the end.
My dad is 83 and no way could he ride at this point in his life. I hope to get another 20 years, however I feel most likely internal combustion engines will be a thing of the the past by then. I don't want an electric bike, solar bike or whatever comes along in the future. Till whatever happens I will enjoy life as it is now.
But I should take better care of myself. My wife complains all the time if I took half as good of care of myself as I do my truck, guns and bike I would live longer. I agree with her and then eat a bowl of Blue Bell. I am my own worst enemy.
