How old is too old to ride?

I am 70 and still ride local. Got the Jeep as my 3 wheel wannabe.
However, I have pretty much decided at my age, all the cages with a computer screen in the middle of the dash and a cell phone stuck to their free hand, if you ride till 70, you may just get your wish. However taken in context, hope you where laughing when you said it. That just may have not sounded too good to a significant other non Rider.

In her defense she was not referring to my age so much as to the safety of riding and wanting me to be around.
I have a lot and I mean a lot of rural areas around me and a couple of big state parks that allow me to ride many times without seeing someone else on the road. I also ride at sun up when most of the millennials are still sleeping.

I just turned fifty. Have always been in good shape. Four years ago at work had an incident that broke my neck and back. Multiple surgeries later I still have daily pain and loss of feeling in various body parts. I can't ride the miles at a time that I used to. But I still can ride and will until the legs give out then probably a trike. With all the problems my King is still more comfortable than my car. But when function goes I have to see what happens. I lose use of my left leg some days and eventually I will altogether.
