UPS deliveredmy J&S jack a couple of weeks ago. In typical UPS fashion the box was torn open. I did a quick check and the jack appeared to be fine so I signed and accepted it. I finally got around to assembling the jack and relized that I was missing a spring for the bottle jack. I called J&S to order the spring and spoke with Jim. Itold Jim that I wasmissing the spring, he asked what happened and after I told him he insisted on sending me the spring at no cost. I realize that it was not a high dollar item but good customer service deserves to be recognized.

 

Cool. How long did it take to put together? Post some pics of it.

 

I've had one for 4 years now and I am extremely happy with it as well.

 

My J&S jack is solid :P shown below with the rear tire off and its not strapped down....
(was putting on a rear 4piston PM brake, which is now on).. just today

 

J & S Jacks takes all of 5 minutes to assemble once you open the box. The Jack is the most stable one I have ever seen. I can actually put my Ultra on it, with no straps, grab the Engine gaurd bars, and turn the entire thing in a circle with ease. It fits under the wifes Deluxe like no other Jack I have seen...most you have to stand the bike up to get the jack under the lower bikes...but not with J & S.. Its a great jack..and the manufacture stands behind it completly.
