Managed to get back out again this afternoon. It WAS sunny and in the mid 40's when I headed out. About an hour later the clouds moved in (more snow on the way) and it got down right cold. Fun over, point it toward the barn.
It HAS to end and turn warm eventually, doesn't it...

We had freezing rain, sleet and some snow Sat. morning. 70f to 30f and back and forth. Then twister season fires up and all hell breaks loose. Joy Joy. Then the 4th of July gets here and it can be 98f to 105f for three months and to hot to ride. Come on fall,,, I'm waiting for yeah!!!!!

Exactly what I did. Tired of working outside in all that crap and not being able to ride for months.
Sure it's hot here in the summer and the roads are mostly straight but I got used to the heat and head to NC to get my mountain and twisty fix a few times a year. The bonus is I ride every day and now work inside.
When I retire I plan to just be a snowbird here and spend summers traveling on the bike.

It's been "spittin" snow here today with a light rain earlier this morning with temps in the 30's. We may get a slight (1") accumulation but even if we do it won't last long.
Looks like increasing temps from Tu (44), Wed (56) Th (66) and Fri (67) with increasing chances of rain.
However, this is just a "tease) as our temps will start dropping for the weekend with rain almost a certainty!
Oh well! This makes us really appreciate good riding weather....when we get it!
