Which means that they really do not understand things enough to demand dubious /radical changes.
I'm in the camp that believes that something is happening and that we should be making some changes.
Sensible changes without committing vast amounts of public money on unproven technology that may or may not work.
Some research funding is necessary to get the ball rolling, but let the private sector provide the solutions to make (Or not make) profit to address the issues.
Too many government (Taxpayer) funded and failed boondoggles with little to show for it is not the answer.
