My bags were bought in May 2018. like brand new.. took them on a 300 mike ride, riding double. Loaded down. The right-hand bag plate on the bottom of the bag rubbed and chewed up my shock mounting bracked and the bag's plastic housing has nearly cracked completely into two pieces. It sags now. They want me to ship it back. Maybe it is warranty related.. maybe not thought. IDK.. but I am pretty pissed off! And I will be out of a bag. And if it isn't covered by a warranty then yeah... gonna cost me more money! Anyone else have this happen to them? I have a 1993 FXRS-SP. Aftermarket progressive shocks set on the stiffest level.
