Default How do you protect your nose from sunburn?

This might sound silly but I am curious.

During this summer I rode quite a bit in half helmet and burned my nose quite a bit from the sun. I hate to use any kind of sunblock creams/sprays etc. I thought visor will help but my helmet dont have option for attaching visor so no luck there. Wonder if I am only one with this problem and what might help next season?

one time I tried bandage type strips and it helped are there any other solutions? I will prefer not to use full face masks etc.

I use Bullfrog SPF 50 from a spray can. Spray it on my hands and apply it to face, neck, ears and arms 30 mins before I go out. Just rub it in real well. It's non greasy and isn't sticky.

Works well for me.

Anyone who lives in Texas or some other hot place will tell ya to cover up. That's why I wear a face shield. I regularly take long trips in 100+ degree heat and would cook otherwise...They're lightweight, breathable and no part of my head is exposed to the sun. I would post a pic but you can see it for yourself in my sig pic

****EDIT**** sorry, just read the last part where you don't want to use a mask....carry on....

Well, if you take out sunblock (cream, spray, etc,) and masks, your only left with a full face helmet. Which I figure you would be against that as well. So just risk the skin cancer or cover it.

What do you have against suntan lotion, other than it now being called sun block?

Emigrate to England. I guarantee you will never suffer from sunburn on any part of your body.

Doesn't want to use sunscreen or a mask. Call your dermatologist and make an appointment. Skin cancer is in your future. Enjoy.

Come to FL for a few days this summer. Ride the bike and hang out on the beaches. After that, you will never have a problem wearing sunscreen

If I know I am going out for more than 30 minutes, I have some kind of sunscreen on. I shave my head, it gets a coat of lotion with sunscreen every day
