I don't find a discussion on this already.
Give me your thoughts on the tightness or looseness of your jeans on comfort for long rides. I suspect that if your pants are looser in the booty, your butt will have more room to adjust to the cushioning of your seat, thus leading to more comfort for longer on a long ride.
Agree or disagree? All of my jeans are a little on the tight side, and I find my butt gets numb pretty quickly.

Now, as far as "loose vs. tight" jeans.
The only thing to be concerned with on loose pants are the pant cuffs at yer ankles. They can get caught on foot pegs as you extend your legs to put a foot down at stops/lights. If you get caught, your foot may not go to the ground, but you and your bike likely will.

Again, go for a ride with a pair of pants. Whatever they be. How can I say what feels tight on you, or what you like? Do you want me to start asking women if they are fat or skinny? Cause that makes a difference.
It shouldn't be mystery. I never needed someone to tell me if this pants felt to tight or to loose, I am the one in them.

The title of the thread is tight or loose. Some people got upset, when I said I didnt want to get in their pants so could I know what is comfortable to them.
I don't get it. If they are to tight, wouldn't they feel to tight when riding? If so try a loose pair, or a ,salad.
Can't people tell how there clothes fit? Go for ride test.
But is it that different from any other activity? Sitting on a bar stool or truck?
