That was pure luck Brother... I was taken by surprise and had no time to do anything except hold on tight and ride it out.

I hope no one was filming and I end up on Ridiculousness or worse AFV...

Glad all's good.

Man, this is twice now. You really should stay out of that new pipe LOL

Had to have been attention getting, right up to the point you creased the seat.

Or, “You may have voided your warranty”

Glad you are OK.
Review LIP of rim..closest part to tire.
I went through a similar experience way over 20 years ago.
Bent lip of front and rear rim.
It was not that visible looking from side or front but it was visible when looking at rim and tire meeting point from an angle when wheel was rotated.
Unusual if it did not bend lip of rim.

At around 45 mph it kicked my front end up 2-3’ in the air and when the back tire hit it slammed the front down pretty hard and the back felt like it was about 5’ up while was starring at pavement. It all happened really fast and basically felt like horse trying to buck me off.

I ended up okay as well as the bike... I gave the bike a really good look when I got home and everything appears to be good.

Be careful and alert when trying to get around traffic...
"Getting around traffic" at 45mph?
Welp, be careful, I guess.

Wheels and tire pressure are still all good...

It was more splitting lanes between slow lane and exit lane. I went about two cars too far before merging in and ran out of good road.... Dumb move nonetheless.

After a lick that hard I would be extremely wary of those tires. There could be broken or misshapen bands in those tires. Watch them like a hawk for a while and be very aware of ANY new vibrations.
Glad you are okay. Stay safe!

Thanks... Looked close already and will continue to monitor. No vibration and still tracking well on sweepers.

Your steering head bearings took most of the force.

Road it 50 miles to work.... Its tracking perfect and nothing weird is going on...

If something was tweaked there is no way it would still be so stable on High Speed Sweepers.

Got another 50 back home after work I’ll keep an eye out but I think I’m good!
