1999 Dyna wide glide location of fuse box
For the life of me I can’t find the fuse box it’s not under the seat.

Thanks I finally found it but all fuses seem to be good and still no spark. Ive replaced the coil the battery I have horn and lights can't figure this out....

This may be silly, but have you tried it while in neutral?
Mine won't do anything while it's in gear. I can only get it to turn over when in neutral. (Started doing it randomly after about two years of being able to crank while in gear)

I believe it’s in neutral because he’s trying it while not sitting on it.

Nope new battery and checked the connections for tightness.
