If grass clippings on the road can kill you; you probably shouldn't be riding a motorcycle.

I hate to hear this. There is not much detail in the article. If it was clippings, probably in a curve.

It probably wasn't any of our members though since many have said that grass clippings aren't a problem for them.

I’ve never encountered grass clippings. But, something to watch out for when I ride in areas prone to it.

Where I live, I can ride through up to a dozen places a day where DA's throw their clippings out into the road.

I read the article....Looks to me like neither one of them were capable riders....We have a lot of people out here that let their grass clippings blow out onto the road, It's just another thing you have to look out for.

Blowing onto the road is one thing. Allowing the trimmings to be directed onto the road is reckless abandon, pure ignorance and brainless.

I have been saying this all along. I do not believe the grass took him down.
I believe all the BS hype about grass causes people to either panic or freeze up and lose control. I live in the county, every one blows grass into/onto the street.

I have been on two wheels for 63 yrs, not once have I had any issue with grass.

My condolences to the husband and their family for this horrible incident.
